1::block::tofu::::;
1/2::cup::plant-based cheese::optional, but recommended! (we love Violife)::;
3::Tbsp::water::::;
##Optional add-ins::;
::handful::cherry tomatoes::chopped and added as topping::;
1/8::cup::fresh herbs::chopped and added as a garnish::;
::handful::fresh spinach::mixed in towards the end of cooking::;
1. Drain water from tofu.
2. Crumble tofu over low heat in a frying pan.
3. Add scramble mix and water, stir until the color is even all across the tofu.
4. Sir in cheese in and any optional add-ins (listed above or choose your own!)
5. Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until water is evaporated.
6. Serve immediately on toast or by it self.
